Many Israeli Jews have negative views of both Germans and Poles because of the Nazi genocide during WW2 - during which some Poles were complicit, but many also died either with the Jews or while trying to help them.

Still, there has been a lot of animosity between Israel and Poland in the last decades as a result of all of this.
