Thanks for your insights, Emmanuel! I'm not surprised that this is how it happens in ad agencies, although I do wish brands - especially those who aren't exactly ethical - stayed away from trying to leverage social justice movements for likes and sales. It almost always feels shallow and I doubt it even works on younger audiences, like Gen Z'ers. But maybe I'm wrong about that last bit.
