The youngest generation that is entering the workforce now (Gen Z) is already trying to disrupt how we perceive clothing & appearance in more professional environments. They advocate for a more gender-neutral approach (which involves not having to wear bras), more freedom when it comes to personal style (e.g. having hair coloured in a 'funny' way) etc. It's not much, but I can see how things could slowly change in that regard.
