There was one case in the UK where a woman sued her employer for a dress code that required all women to wear at least 2 inch heels. She was fired and lost the lawsuit. She then made a petition to outlaw company bosses from forcing female employees to look a certain way but it was rejected by the government, too. It's ridiculous we can still get fired for refusing to put up with this crap.
