Well, while I'd agree that men in the spotlight are also under a lot of pressure to comply with beauty standards, I wouldn't say the same is true for regular men. Eating disorders, body image issues etc. are all predominantly female problems. Majority of cosmetic surgeries are still done on girls and women. Majority of cosmetic products are bought by women. The pressure to comply to those standards is much higher for regular women than it is for regular men.
But that doesn't mean men don't have other types of pressure, as you mentioned. Both the pressure to comply with beauty norms for women and the pressure to be wealthy/successful for men stem from rigid gender roles imposed by patriarchal structures. I'm hopeful that one day we can reject both.
