Women used to buy things, like lingerie, to cater to male gaze, but this is changing. Otherwise, companies like VS wouldn't be struggling. And we are now realizing that being constantly surrounded by nude, hypersexualised and objectified images of women has serious psychological implications on us, and especially younger girls.
